Secure, Intelligent Communications and AI Monitoring Solutions

ICCN designs and integrates mission-critical, cloud-native systems that combine real-time communications, AI insight, and decades of systems engineering experience. We build architectures for rapid deployment, rapid recovery, and fault-tolerant worldwide traffic—integrating smart glasses and modern biometric sensors where required.

Core Solutions

ICCN focuses on a small set of high-impact solutions where intelligent communications and monitoring make the largest difference.

Elder Monitoring AI

Home & Facility Safety Monitoring

Non-intrusive visual and audio monitoring for seniors and vulnerable individuals. Automated detection of potential falls, unusual inactivity, or visible distress, with real-time alerts to caregivers and family members.

Communications

Cloud Telephony & Call Flows

Design and integration of phone routing, IVR, and call recording systems using modern APIs and cloud providers. Seamlessly connect callers, staff, and services, with minimal friction and maximum reliability.

Integration

Custom System Design & Integration

Bridging legacy infrastructures with modern cloud services. ICCN provides architecture, implementation, and support for organizations that need practical paths from old systems to new platforms.

Why ICCN

ICCN blends nearly four decades of systems integration experience with current AI and cloud technology. The focus is not on buzzwords, but on systems that actually work in the real world.

  • End-to-end design from concept to deployment
  • Deep experience with telephony, networking, and automation
  • Security-conscious designs appropriate for health and safety use cases
  • Ability to integrate with existing equipment and workflows

ICCN is particularly suited for:

  • Families and caregivers needing practical elder-safety solutions
  • Small and mid-size organizations modernizing communications
  • Specialized projects where off-the-shelf products are inadequate

Capabilities

ICCN builds deployable systems with clear operational boundaries, auditability, and integration paths across devices, clouds, and APIs.

Mission-Critical

Mission-Critical Systems

Systems designed for reliability, auditability, and controlled failure modes in health, safety, and compliance-sensitive use cases.

Resilience

Rapid Recovery Architecture

Architectures built for fast restoration: automated failover, immutable logs, evidence capture, and repeatable recovery runbooks.

Scale

Global, Fault-Tolerant Operations

Designed to handle worldwide traffic with redundancy across regions and zones, health-based routing, and graceful degradation.

Delivery

Rapid Application Development

Modular components, automation-first delivery, and practical iteration—moving from concept to production without sacrificing controls.

Cloud

Cloud-Native Deployment

Secure deployment using managed services and infrastructure-as-code, with portability in mind for future platform changes.

Interfaces

Smart Glasses & Wearable Integration

Hands-free workflows for monitoring, alerts, and field operations via supported wearable devices and smart-glasses interfaces.

Language

Multi-Language & Cross-Language Integration

Built to support major human languages and to integrate systems operating in different languages across teams and regions.

Sensors

Biometric & Physiological Sensor Integration

API-based integration with commercially available sensors as authorized—e.g., respiration, heart rate, motion, temperature, skin conductance, and EEG-capable devices where supported.

Governance

Consent, Audit Trails, and Retention Controls

Designed to support explicit consent flows, centralized audit logs, configurable retention, and evidence-grade records where required.

Medical-grade vs consumer-grade: Device capabilities and regulatory obligations depend on the specific hardware, data path, and deployment boundary.

  • Consumer devices can support wellness and monitoring workflows but may not be diagnostic.
  • Medical-grade integrations require device-specific validation and deployment controls.

Privacy and compliance: We design for least privilege, encryption, logging, and policy-driven retention.

  • Data collection can be limited to what is necessary for the use case.
  • Access to recordings and sensor data can be fully audited.

Public Sector Readiness

ICCN systems can be deployed with security controls and auditability aligned to common public-sector expectations. If required, we can map your deployment and documentation to the control language you are held to.

  • Least-privilege access controls and role separation
  • Encryption in transit and at rest (where supported by the underlying services)
  • Centralized audit logging, change tracking, and evidence capture
  • Documented operational procedures and incident response runbooks
  • Data minimization and retention controls

Typical frameworks and procurement language we can work with include:

  • NIST SP 800-53 control families (mapped as required)
  • FedRAMP baseline requirements (deployment-dependent)
  • CJIS policy requirements (deployment-dependent)
  • HIPAA administrative/technical safeguards (deployment-dependent)

We do not claim certifications on this page. Any certification status depends on the final architecture, hosting boundary, and the authorizing organization.

Industries Served

ICCN solutions can be adapted across several sectors:

Text Messaging Policy

ICCN may send SMS text messages related to our services, including elder monitoring alerts, system notifications, appointment or service updates, and other important information about your ICCN services.

How you opt in: To receive ICCN text messages, you must initiate the conversation by sending a text message from the mobile number that will receive messages. Text ELDER, START, or MONITOR to (424) 452-2886. ICCN only sends messages to users who opt in by texting first.

Providing your phone number to ICCN by any other method (for example, through a website form, phone call, or email) does not enroll you in SMS messaging. SMS messages are only sent after a user initiates opt-in by text.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies and is event-driven. During active monitoring or service events, multiple messages may be sent in a day.

Cost: ICCN does not charge for text messages; however, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again by texting START, ELDER, or MONITOR.

Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact ICCN at info@iccn.com or call (310) 452-1638.

Privacy: ICCN uses your mobile number solely to deliver service-related communications. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing.
